UCC expands appeal for relief efforts following Hurricane Milton
From our ISC Disaster Ministries Recovery Coordinator, Priscilla Self: "If your congregation/members want to help our "Southern neighbors", at this early-on disaster recovery point, please consider making financial donations rather than material goods. If their house was washed away or damaged beyond habitation, where will they put or how will they use donated “things”? Meals and immediate housing are a greater need now. Please read the following information as posted on our ucc.org/disaster site and make your choice about how you will help."
Following Hurricane Helene, the supply of Church World Service emergency buckets needs to be replenished! Click here to learn more. CWS has put out a plea for churches to replenish the supply of CWS Emergency Cleanup Buckets after the flooding caused by Hurricane Helene.
